3. Machinery Consists Detailed Description:
A. Paper reel stand and Bottom-ply stand
n One set paper reel stand in 90 degree, for 30 plies;
n Slitting rolls are easily placed into reel stand by electric lifting device;
n Easily replace paper reels. When one paper reel is used up, push it into ahead working station and load another new one, do paper reel changing work advance to continue;
n The diameter of paper reel can be 1200mm, reducing much paper waster by ribbons joint;
n Bottom-ply stand is equipped with waxing or oiling frame to reduce the friction between bottom-ply and mandrel;
n Heat booster (on the bottom-ply stand);
B. Cascade glue stand ( for 30 plies):
n Every ply has web tension controlling device and glue nozzle;
n Single side cascade, including a large glue tank, glue membrane pump with valves;
n Special designed scraper spread glue even and control glue volume conveniently;
C. Spiral winding part:
n Hanging-type operation panel, specialized operation system;
n Separate electric apparatus box;
n Belt tension device (hand-wheel driven);
n Gear shifting is designed to suit to tubes in different specifications;
